  The doctor, the candidate of medical sciences, graduated from the 1st Moscow medical institute of I. M. Sechenov. V. Dmitriyev stood at the origins of creation of the Association of Russian Pharmaceutical Manufacturers (ARPM) in 2002 and directed Association till 2004.With 2004 on 2007gg,V. Dmitriyev worked as the deputy director of Scientific Center Examinations of Means of Medical Application Federal State Institution of Roszdravnadzor.In October 2007. the solution of general meeting of Association V. Dmitriyev is again elected the CEO of ARPM.
  Association of Russian Pharmaceutical Manufacturers (ARPM) - the integrated Russian of leaders of the pharmaceutical enterprises to which the action is more than 80% of drugs which are released in the country, of about 45% of export, is more than 75% of internal drugs in falling of the ONLS program.
