Overall

This machine is an automatically-revolving double-pressing piece-pressing machine which could enable the granular active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) to be pressed into tablets. It is mainly used to manufacture tablets for the pharmaceutical industry and also suitable industries such as chemical, food and electronic industry.

Features

◆The cover is made of stainless steel with close type, the inner table surface is also applied with stainless steel materials which could keep surface luster and prevent from being polluted crossly, complying with GMP requirement.

◆The machine is convenient to operate and smooth to revolve which ensures safety and precision. The machine is equipped with overload protect apparatus. When pressure overloads, the machine will stop automatically.

◆The transmitting system is sealed in the oil box under the main machine which is a separate component. No pollution will be made and it is easy to send out heat and resists grinding.

◆The powder-absorbing apparatus could absorb the powder in the piece-pressing room.

◆The design of the measurement system of anti-jump structure, the machine in the high speed of pressing process will ensure small weight difference of the derived tablets, while the system is stable and reliable. The lower plunger is designed with the forced pull down device in order to prevent the occurrence of hanging problem during the pressing process.

◆The machine applies the plexglass anti-dust cover on the lower revolving table, which reduces the dusts falling over the lower plunger during the tablet pressing process. This will prolong the service life of the plunger and effectively prevent the occurrence of sticking problem.
