1. Put YP901E into the ingredients at the ratio of 10%-14% and chop together;
2. Chop YP901E into hydration lumps at the ratio of 1:5(YP901E :water) or emulsion lumps at the ratio of 1:5.75:5.75 then put it into the products. or directly make tofu at ratio 1:6:1.5

The outer is paper-polymer bag, the inner is food grade polythene plastic bag. Net weight : 20kg /bag;
