Application

The machine can make the mixed powder into granules, and can also pulverize the block dry material into the desired granules.It is suitable for granulation of dry bulk raw materials in the pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries and other irregular granules produced by granulation to increase fluidity. It is also suitable for re-granulation of unsatisfactory tablets.Under the forward and reverse rotation of the rotating drum, the equipment is forced to pass through the screen to make particles.

 Working principle

Driven by motor, trigonal strap and pulley, worm gear and worm, the pentagon hob driven by gear-axes will do periodic to-and-fro circumgyratetion under the control of eccentricity axletree and lifting rack. The materials move continuously and being controlled to extrude grains through the sieve mesh and rotor clearance. Its capability changes with different Moisture, classification, viscosity and mesh. The grains can be in different size. During the disintegration of materials, the coagulated solid materials are lashed and disintegrated in the roller made of pentagon hob, and force the materials through the sieve mesh.
