Vitamin B6, also known as pyridoxine, includes pyridoxine, pyridoxal and pyridoxine. It is a water-soluble vitamin that exists in the body in the form of phosphate esters. Vitamin B6 is found in large amounts in yeast, liver, grain, meat, fish, eggs, beans and peanuts.
