The vial labeling machine with turntable uses a screw to separate the bottles, which are seamlessly connected with the vertical rollers of the main star wheel. The rolling belt, in combination with the vertical rollers, forms a three-point positioning system that accurately positions the bottles.This is achieved by PLC control of the main star wheel in conjunction with a servo high-speed labeling head to realize precise and high-speed labeling.
