TOA50 (for Narrow Gap) Open Type Orbital Weld Head

The torch is designed for pipe / tube welding torches TIG design, suitable for narrow spacing form tube / tube Automatic welding .Suitable for welding of carbon steel, stainless steel tube / pipe butt. The pipe diameter range of φ32mm ~ φ51mm, adopting filler wire or self melting in two ways. Equipped with AVC&OSC  function. With iOrbital5000 controlled welding power supporting the use of precision for all position TIG tube / pipe welding, welding results in high repeatability and can achieve ideal welding effect. Mainly used in food, chemical industry, boiler, military and nuclear power industries.

 The main structure includes three parts: rotating system, clamp device and transmission system;
 The main part of aluminum, lightweight structure, caliper clamp can be adjusted for different pipe diameters;
 With no gap gear transmission design, smooth rotation, small inertia, and in high temperature working environment, no blocking;
