What Is Sulforaphane Powder?
Sulforaphane is an isothiocyanate obtained by hydrolyzing glucosinolates (glucosinlates, Glu hereinafter referred to as glucosinolates) by myrosinase enzyme in plants, and its molecular formula is C6H11NOS2. It is rich in cruciferous plants such as broccoli, kale, and northern round carrots. It is a common antioxidant and the plant active substance with the best anti-cancer effect found in vegetables.
