Sterile Powder Filling Machine (FFG-KFG)

FFG-KFG series filling machine, researched and developed by our engineers and technicians, is the high-speed screw filling machine of new generation. It adopts linear conveyor bottle feeding and screw filling automatic stoppering. As this machine employs mechatronics in design, powder feeding screw driven by servo motor, steps set by microcomputer, so it can accurately control the dosage required by screw rotating filling The high-precision cam splitter controls toothed block for accurate positioning, packaging and filling. It has reasonable design, stable and reliable operation, high degree of automation, and easy removal for cleaning key parts, moreover, it is in full compliance with GMP requirements.
FG-KFG series filling machine is mainly applied in filling and stoppering of sterile vials powder for injection of pharmaceutical industry, filling of antibiotics sterile powder for injection of pharmaceutical factory with large production as well as production line filling and stoppering of vials powder for injection of pharmaceutical industry.

Working principle
This machine consists of unscramble bottle turntable, unique bottle feeding system, graduator positioning system, four head synchronous filling device, stoppering device, airtight internal circulation and high configuration electric control system.
