The SelectPrep of sample preparation products ,independently developed by Acchrom-Tech, focuses on customer needs and actual sample analysis requirements. This comprehensive product is tailored for the sample pretreatment process. Offering both standardized and customized options to cater to a wide range of application scenarios.

SelectPrep HLB combines hydrophilic (N-vinylpyrrolidone) and hydrophobic (divinylbenzene) functional groups, providing excellent water wettability and chemical stability. Its balanced adsorption capabilities for both polar and non-polar substances make it suitable for multi-component analysis in various matrices such as food, plasma, water, and cosmetics.

SelectPrep MCX extends the capabilities of HLB by incorporating sulfonic acid groups, transforming it into a mixed-mode strong cation exchange reversed-phase adsorbent. It is primarily used for the enrichment and purification of basic compounds.

SelectPrep MAX further enhances HLB's functionality by introducing quaternary ammonium groups, turning it into a mixed-mode strong anion exchange reversed-phase adsorbent. This modification primarily facilitates the enrichment and purification of acidic compounds.

SelectPrep WCX builds upon HLB's foundation by integrating carboxylic acid groups, making it a mixed-mode weak cation exchange reversed-phase adsorbent. It demonstrates exceptional retention capabilities for strongly basic analytes, such as quaternary ammonium compounds.

SelectPrep WAX modifies HLB through the introduction of aliphatic amine groups, converting it into a mixed-mode weak anion exchange adsorbent. This variant excels in retaining strongly acidic analytes, such as sulfonic acids.

The SelectPrep Silica solid-phase extraction (SPE) column utilizes unbonded silica as the filler material, functioning as a normal-phase SPE column. The silanol groups present on the silica surface exhibit strong polar interactions, primarily used for retaining polar compounds in non-polar solvents. This column exhibits good separation capabilities for structurally similar polar compounds. With a slightly acidic nature, it extracts polar compounds through hydrogen bonding interactions and subsequently elutes them by increasing the polarity of the solvent.

The SelectPrep C18 SPE column, on the other hand, is a reverse-phase SPE column based on a silica matrix. Characterized by its high carbon loading and strong hydrophobicity, it boasts widespread applications. This column retains most weakly polar to moderately polar compounds and can even accommodate samples with diverse or vastly different structures.

The SelectPrep PSA solid-phase extraction (SPE) column is a silica-based ethylenediamine-N-propyl SPE column that primarily retains targets through polar interactions and anion exchange mechanisms. PSA contains two amine groups, which confer it with stronger ion exchange capabilities compared to NH2. PSA possesses excellent binary ligand properties, allowing it to sequester metal ions. The SelectPrep PSA is commonly employed to remove interferences such as sugars, pigments, fatty acids, and organic acids in pesticide residue testing.

The SelectPrep NH2 SPE column, based on a silica matrix with an aminopropyl functional group, exhibits both polar and anion exchange mechanisms. With a pKa value of 9.8, it functions as a relatively weak anion exchange adsorbent, capable of removing strong anions like sulfonate ions from aqueous solutions and organic acids from fruits. Typical applications of amino columns include the separation of peptides, drugs, and metabolites from biological matrices, as well as the extraction of monosaccharides, polysaccharides, sterols, cholesterol, triglycerides, and other substances.

The SelectPrep Florisil SPE column is a polar silica adsorbent based on an agricultural-grade magnesium oxide composite, suitable for adsorbing polar compounds from non-polar matrices. It can be used to separate compounds such as organochlorine pesticides, polychlorinated biphenyls, ketones, organic acids, phenols, and steroids.

The SelectPrep AL-A is an acidic alumina SPE column. The surface of acidic alumina carries a positive charge, making it primarily used for adsorbing polar compounds or those with anionic functional groups.

The SelectPrep AL-N is a neutral alumina SPE column, which shares similarities with silica in its properties. Neutral alumina can interact with highly negatively charged heteroatoms such as N, O, P, and S through its aluminum atom centers, enabling it to adsorb compounds like aromatic and aliphatic amines from aqueous or non-aqueous phases.

The SelectPrep AL-B is a basic alumina SPE column. The surface of basic alumina carries a negative charge, making it suitable for adsorbing polar compounds and those with cationic functional groups.

    SelectPrep GCB SPE 小柱采用石墨化炭黑,在有机化合物(包括极性和非极性化合物)的富集方面具有广泛的应用。
