SRH Spray Reactors

Spray reactors is a method in which metal salt solutions, etc. are sprayed in a high-temperature furnace for instant thermal decomposition, reaction, synthesis or roasting, so as to obtain metal oxide powders. 

Characteristics of Spray Treactors:

Because it is a multi-component synthesis method belonging to the liquid phase method, it has the following advantages: 
 
(1) The particle size of the product is μm. 
 
(2) The composition of the resultant particles is uniform. 
 
(3) Very small amounts of components can be uniformly injected into the raw material and dispersed. 
 
(4) Compared with the powder mixing method, it can reduce the mixing of mechanical foreign bodies.
