SL Series Electronic Tablet/Capsule Counter

Application

The SL Series Electronic Tablet/Capsule Counter is specialized for counting the products of medicine, health care, food, agricultural chemicals, chemical engineering, and so on. For example tablets, coated tablets, soft/hard capsules. The machine can be used alone as well as with other machines produced by our company to form a complete producing line.

It is composed of the main machine, two-layer vibrator mechanism, photoelectric counting system, cylinder, and electromagnetic valve system, controlling box, conveyor, sensors, and so on. Users are able to control the whole working process of the machine through the user interface. A High-speed PLC system controls the whole process including counting, filling into bottles, and monitoring. The machine counts precisely, quickly on both common capsules and transparent ones (of weird shapes).

It is linked with SP series speed-regulating bottle-feeder, LP Series bottle scrambler, GLP Series high-speed bottle scrambler, LSZ Automatic Paper Inserter, LSM Automatic Cotton Inserter, LGL Series, LGD Series Desiccant Inserter, SG, SGP Series Automatic capper, FL Series electromagnetic induction aluminum foil sealer and TP Series labeler which can form a complete set of producing line for packing plastic and glass bottles.

Performance & Feature

1. The counting machine can be connected to a vacuum cleaner, and it can work stably in the case of high dust；
2. rejection function for many grains or missing grains, these unqualified products exist be rejected automatically (option)

3. Two-stage or three-stage oscillation can be selected according to the granules to ensure that different granules can be delivered quickly；
4. The vibrating blanking and the unique flap sub-packaging mechanism don’t damage the medicine；
5. High intelligent, with multiple detection and alarm control functions such as no bottle, no fault self-check, etc.
