SFGA/GNU Flow Granulation Spray Dryer

A fixed fluidized bed with both granulation and agitation is arranged at the bottom of the drying chamber of the spray dryer. Combining the fluidized bed drying and cooling device, it is used for the secondary drying and cooling of products. The device can directly obtain granulated (granular) products from liquid raw materials.

Use 
 
● Amino acid seasonings, soy sauce, soybean paste, cheese, milk powder, soft phospholipids, oils, coffee powder, egg products, spices, sugars (fructose, glucose, oligosaccharides,...), starch, powder beverages, etc.; 
 
● Pesticides, pharmaceuticals, industrial pharmaceuticals, traditional Chinese medicines, antibiotics; 
 
● Dyes, pigments, fragrances, resins; 
 
● Feed, fertilizer, yeast, vitamins 
 
 
 
Characteristic 
 
1. A fixed fluidized bed with both granulation and agitation is arranged at the bottom of the drying chamber of the spray dryer. Combining the fluidized bed drying and cooling device, it is used for secondary drying and cooling of products. 
 
2. This machine can directly obtain granulated (granular) products from liquid raw materials, and can control the particle size of the product (50-400 µ m). 
 
3. The product has less fine powder content, excellent fluidity and solubility.
