Sangduoan®White Mulberry Extract

Sangduoan® is a patented functional food ingredient, that is a water extract of mulberry leaves.  Sangduoan® can easily be incorporated into a wide range of foods and drinks or use in dietary supplements and it helps turn fast sugars and other carbohydrates into slow ones.

In several human clinical trials, Sanduoan® has been proven to lower blood glucose after eating foods containing sugars and other carbohydrates. Reducose® has also been shown to lower the amount of insulin our bodies need to make, and Sanduoan® will decrease the Glycaemic Index (GI) of common carbohydrates.  Sanduoan® has shown to be safe and well tolerated in several clinical and non-clinical studies. In addition to the data published on Sanduoan®, there are a number of unpublished studies, and also numerous papers published by other research groups demonstrating the health benefits of mulberry leaf.
