Application

Hot Air Circulation Oven is widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food and other industries to heat and dry materials or dehumidify, heat and solidify, dry and dehydrate materials. Such as raw materials, Chinese medicine pieces, powders, granules, dehydrated vegetables and containers, etc.

The equipment uses steam or electric heater to heat the air to circulate and dry the material. The temperature difference in the box is small, and the drying is uniform. During the drying process, fresh air is continuously replenished and hot and humid air is exhausted to maintain proper humidity, so that the drying process is always in the best state.

2. Using forced ventilation, there is an air duct in the oven, and the material is evenly dried.
3. The drying tray can be perforated or non-perforated according to the material.
4. Mobile drying trolley for easy transfer and loading and unloading of materials.
5. The door lock is equipped with reinforcing ribs to avoid insufficient sealing after long-term use of the equipment.
6. Customizable two-way door, used in workroom with different clean room levels.
