Description  

WBZP series temperature transducer is made of Platinum wire, which is used for measuring various liquids, gases and other fluids temperature. With advantage of high accuracy, excellent resolution ratio, safety, reliability, easily use and etc. this temperature transducer is also can be directly used to measure a variety of liquids, steam-gas and gas medium temperature during production process.

Principle

WBZP temperature transducer use PT100 platinum to measuring temperature according to its characteristic of its resistance will be changed with temperature changes. The heating element uses a thin platinum wire evenly around the skeleton made of insulation material.

 Feature

• 0℃ is correspond to resistance 100Ω, 100℃ is correspond to resistance 138.5Ω
• Measured range: -200～600℃, 0～1000℃
• Dimension: refer to customer requirement

Installation & Notice

1. This temperature transducer is thread fixed type. To avoid damaging the transducer, please remember do NOT overexert when you fix the thread.
2. If there are something impurities adhere the transducer, please clean it timely, to ensure the transducer runs reliable and precise.
3. The principle of laying cable is that don’t hinder field staff on-site operation and not easy to be hit, touched and damaged, and set up safe and reliable.
4. Measured medium should be flowing, thus, ensure to measure exact value.

 Fault phenomenon and Field solutions

1. If there is fault during the temperature transducer is working, if there is no signal output or exceed standard output, please check if the cable is break, short or drop off.
2. If you suspect the transducer is fault, you can use multimeter to measure if platinum resistance value is within the normal range. If the platinum value is correct, you should check the external instrument (such as DCS or indicator.. ).
3. The temperature transducer had be sealing prior to shipping to you, if faulty is arise, please send it to our factory to fix, customer can NOT disassemble it.
4. From the sale date, if there is no human-initiated failure or ordering parameter problems within 1 year, it can be freely fixed, replacement, life-long maintenance.
