Enzymaster (Ningbo) Bio-Engineering Co., Ltd.
We offer an Enzyme Panel Screening as the first step of our Enzymatic Catalysis R&D. The screening serves to: (start next line)1) demonstrate that the desired conversion is feasible; 2) identify an enzyme with the desired activity and freedom to operate; 3) provide information for decision on subsequent process optimization and/or directed evolution.
“No Activity = Free of Charge”
Our Enzyme Panel Screening is Risk-Free*.
The R&D fee will be charged only according to agreed-upon performance criteria. If the screening results are negative or not meeting the predetermined performance criteria, then no fee will be charged.
*This risk-free screening is applicable to Enzymaster Ketoreductase Panel and Enzymaster Transaminase Panel. For other enzyme panels, the costs for a basic panel building will be charged. Small quantities of substrate and product, together with its HPLC/GC analytical method and columns, need to be supplied to us for the Risk-Free Enzyme Panel Screening. The remaining material and chromatography columns will be returned upon completion of the research.
Based on the screening outcome, if the enzyme activity is close to commercialization level, then the industrial process can be developed by optimizing the reaction parameters; if the enzyme activity is not ready for commercialization, then the enzyme properties can be improved along with process optimization and Integrated Enzyme Directed Evolution.
