The valve stem part is provided with self-lubricating bearings to reduce friction and the switch torque is small. Both valve seats are pre-tightened by springs. The seal is made of PTFE embedded in the steel solid, and a spring is arranged at the rear of the steel ring to ensure that the valve seat is close to the ball. When the pressure in the valve chamber rises abnormally beyond the spring top force, the valve seat retreats out of the ball to achieve the automatic pressure relief effect, and the valve seat is automatically reset after the pressure. The advanced structure makes the sealing performance of the fixed ball valve stable and labor-saving, and has a long service life, which is very suitable for long-distance pipelines and general pipelines.
