1. Use imported SPG motor as disturbance motor. By rotating and braking the corresponding rollers of the detected object, the detected liquid can be rotated and braked, making it very suitable for detecting the bottle body. The maximum speed can reach 900rpm.

2. Use customized belt friction disturbance and set tension adjustment device to reduce the squeezing force of the disturbance on the bottle body.

The visual system uses a 1300000 pixel Gigabit Ethernet camera imported from Germany (brand: Basler), with a picture acquisition speed of up to 100 pictures per second. Ensure that the high-speed running products save enough processing data in the inspection system. 2. The camera has a flexible adjustment method. Unlike the two-way adjustment on the market, our camera can achieve 360-degree adjustment.
