This device is polyester polymerization reactor, the designed volume of the reactor is 3L, it is heated by high and low temperature circulating oil bath machine, which has the function of program temperature control. The material of the main body of the equipment is 316L, 500rpm@100mPa.s, 100rpm@50000mPa.s, and it adopts anchor frame stirring paddle with scraper installed on the stirring paddle, which is suitable for high viscous materials and reduces coking and carbonization of materials on the kettle wall. The reaction kettle is designed with a pressure of 1MPa and a maximum operating pressure of 0.6MPa, a design temperature of 300℃ and an operating temperature of 220℃. The device is designed with vacuum pumping system, vacuuming the system during the experimental process, the vacuum of empty kettle can be up to 50 Pa. The device adopts PLC+touch screen configuration control mode, which can observe the status of each monitoring point, temperature curve, pressure curve and so on during the reaction process in real time, and the data can be exported for processing.
