BIONOON High-throughput Tissue Grinder adopts special vertical direction and left and right radial vibration. Due to its inertia, the spheres in the tank impact the sample with high energy on the smooth inner wall of the grinding tank and thereby pulverize the sample. The rotation of the milling jar combined with the movement of the milling balls produces intensive mixing of the sample. Mixing can be improved even further by using multiple spheres. When using many small spheres (such as glass spheres), biological cells can be broken. The friction and impact between balls can effectively cause the destruction of cells and quickly achieve the purpose. Besides, that makes the samples contact more fully and uniformly with better sample repeatability and no cross-contamination between samples.

1. Efficient and fast work can be completed within thirty seconds or so 192 * 2 ml of the sample grinding. Save time and labor, batch to batch, intra-batch differences are small. The extracted protein activity is higher and the nucleic acid fragments are longer.

2. Grinding tank in the crushing process in a fully closed state, can be used in disposable centrifuge tubes and beads. Samples are kept intact in the jar, avoiding cross contamination between samples and outside contamination.

3. Touch screen humanized operation interface, built-in program controller, grinding time, rotor vibration frequency and other parameters can be set.

4. When low temperature grinding environment is needed, the adapter with samples can be immersed in liquid nitrogen to cool down for 1-2 minutes, remove it and move it to the main machine for quick fixation to start grinding, no need to freeze again, saving liquid nitrogen.

5. Set the same program for the same tissue sample to get the same grinding effect. Short working time, the sample temperature will not rise. 

6. Mainly used for crushing, mixing, homogenization and cell pulverization, sample pre-treatment of biological samples, large-volume automated rapid extraction of genomes.
