PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

Non-PVC multi-layer co-extruded film bag infusion, with the characteristics of non-toxic, strong compatibility with liquid, water barrier, long guarantee period, resisting 121 ℃ high temperature sterilization, anti-low temperature, easy to transport and empty bag recycling not pollutes the environment, which has become popular soft bag infusion production line in the world.

 CHARACTERISTICS

1. Compact structure and economic space occupation reduces the area of the clean workshop and the energy consumption of air-conditioning purification.

2. Adopt continuous film-drawing technology to reduce the occupation time of bag-making process.

3. Convenient and adjustable bag width, which ensures cost saving and more beautiful in shape.

4. The main drive motor and the long-stroke cylinder adopt the servo mechanism, with the advantage of running smoothly, little impact, good reliability, and improving production capacity

5. There are preheating mechanisms for each shaping group, and the joints are fully preheated, which is suitable for welding and shaping between the films and joints of different manufacturers to ensure that the leakage rate is extremely low.

6. During transfer process of soft bags, the inner surface of the interface is no longer in contact with the parts, preventing the generation of visible foreign objects.

The base adopts an overall design, which is convenient for installation, short for debugging time, and easy to clean.
