Medicinal mechanism: Nicarbacine produces anticoccidial effects by inhibiting the asexual fission reproduction of coccidia, and the peak of activity against coccidia is in the second generation of schizozoites (i.e., day 4 of the coccidia life cycle). Nicarbacine entering coccidia cells can paralyze the ATP that provides energy in coccidia cells, thus interrupting the energy supply of cells, causing the potassium and sodium pump on the cell wall to stop working, and Na+ entering the cell in large quantities and bringing water into the cell, eventually causing the ion imbalance in the cell or bursting the coccidia cells and causing the coccidia to die.
Application: Used to prevent chicken coccidiosis.

The prepared premix was mixed and fed with 125mg per 1000kg of feed according to nicarbazine.
