General Information

Hesperetin dihydrochalcone is an antioxidant flavonoid that induces G1-phase cell cycle arrest. It is also anti-inflammatory, suppressing NF-κB activation and reducing cholesterol biosynthesis. Hespertin is also neuroprotective against neuronal oxidative damage.

Product Features

Naringin dihydrochalcone is a flavonoid derivative derived from natural citrus plants. As a new type of sweetener, this product is 500-700 times sweeter than sucrose. It has the characteristics of high sweetness, low caloric value, health, and safety. It has a refreshing taste, a long-lasting aftertaste, and a special fragrance. It hasan  excellent bitter taste shielding effect. Naringin dihydrochalcone, as a sugar substitute, can also reduce the body's intake of sugar.

Applications

Dairy products, fats and oils, frozen foods, processed vegetables, jellies, jams, non-alcoholic beverages, chewing gum, toothpaste, and oral tablets.
