Model OADB-8 Spray Dryer

OADB-8 is a new multi-functional spray dryer developed by the company to meet the needs of powder sample preparation or small-scale production in the new material industry such as lithium batteries and electronic components, using the atomization technology of the Japanese headquarters.

1. Interchangeable two kinds of atomization devices (centrifugal atomizer and two-fluid nozzle); 
 
2. One of the atomizing devices can be selected according to the different particle size requirements of powder products; 
 
3. The reference ranges of the particle size attainable by the two atomizing devices are as follows: 
 
Centrifugal atomizer: 15-50um 
 
Two-fluid nozzle: 10-20um 
 
4. The collection method of convertible powder products: 
 
-Tower bottom + cyclone separator two-point collection 
 
-Cyclone separator + bag filter two-point collection 
 
-bag filter one-point collection method; 
 
5. Control mode: PLC HMI; 
 
6. PC/mobile terminal remote monitoring management (option)
