The NANOJ EX10 film extrusion machine is mainly applied to pharmaceutical products with uniform particle size, particle removal and precipitation in the product, reduce the liposome and emulsion particle size, in order to facilitate the sterile filtration and bio molecular dynamics study!

The use of AH-100, AH-100B, AH-BASIC, AH-PILOT type high-pressure homogenization machine supporting the product with ATS, 50nm\100nm\200nm\400nm\800nm with filter membrane, can achieve high pressure homogenization + filtration extruder!

This system uses the jacket temperature control design. The nature of the jacket temperature control system can be targeted to specific materials directly to the material heating or cooling, so that products can be through the membrane evenly size, suitable for high viscosity products processing. For example, liposomes containing sugar, normal temperature can not be directly used for homogeneous extruder, must be heated to melting the materials to a certain extent, it can be homogenized by ultrafiltration membrane! The jacket temperature cont，rol design, make the operation more convenient and simple!

The extruder system, the standard 100nm microporous membrane, the membrane can not only make the particle size of liposomes with fine and uniform, and can play the role of sterilization, because the pore diameter is small enough to be bacterial direct filtration!
