LZG Helix Vibration Dryer

Features:
1. In view of the hot air passed through the layer of raw material many times and acts counter motion towards the raw material, the heat exchange is fully used and the thermal efficiency is high.

6. It doesn't damage the surface and shape of raw material basically. It can not only maintain the roundness of pill but also decrease the broken rate of pill.

Principle:
The damp raw material enters into helix bed from feed inlet at the top and moves along with the helix bed from up to down and make jumping motion to the bottom and then discharge under the action of vibrating force at the circle and gravity. Meanwhile clean hot air enters into it from the bottom of helix bed and carries out heat exchange with raw materials on the helix bed fully and exhausts from the outlet at the top. In this way the dry purpose of damp raw material is achieved.

Applications:
LZG helical vibration dryer is mainly used for drying Chinese traditional medicine pills. It can also be suitable for drying granules, short strip and ball raw material in chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, foodstuff industry, construction material industry, feed industry and so on.
