This product is mechanically cooled by a fully enclosed compressor,
with cooling copper coils coiled on the inner wall of the cooling tank,
The refrigerant (Freon) is continuously circulated through the coils
in the inner wall of the tank to cool the refrigerant in the tank, and
through the built-in circulation pump and external circulation pipeline,
the refrigerant is transported to the jacket or condensing coil of
the supporting equipment, which indirectly cooling the materials in
the reactor and cooling and liquefies the steam in contact with the
condensing tube.
For external circulation, the lower outlet pipeline from this product is
connected to the lower inlet pipeline of the reactor or condenser, and
then the circulating liquid comes out from the upper circulation port
and returns to the inlet of this product through the pipeline, forming
a complete circulation space. Generally, it can be connected to the
sandwich of jacketed reactor, rotary evaporator and condensing coil of
reactor.
When internal circulation, put the reaction vessel into the bath and fix
it, start the heating function, which can keep the refrigerant temperature
constant in the setting range; start the magnetic stirring function,
put the stirrer bar into the material, which can stir the material
magnetically
