Introduction:
Lactobacillus paracasei  powder is a probiotic additive, containing the Lactobacillus paracasei and a special protective agent. L.paracasei is a Gram-positive, non-spore forming, homofermentative rod that is a common inhabitant of the human intestinal tract. L.paracasei are also found naturally in fermented vegetables, milk and meat.
 
Applications:
Lactobacillus paracasei: Yogurt, soy milk, milk powder, yogurt drinks, ice cream, butter, beverages, food supplements, and other products.
