The integrated design of the labeling and tray inserting functions offers the advantages of saving installation space, reducing procurement costs, and minimizing labor expenses.
The bottle adopts a vertical to horizontal mechanism, the screw divides the bottle and the vertical roller seamlessly synchronizes and docks, ensuring a uniform and stable arrangement of bottles
Using a horizontal roller chain conveyor effectively ensures axial stability during product transport, with the bottom of the bottles in contact with the guide edge. This setup provides a uniform reference for labeling, resulting in higher labeling accuracy.
The labeling system employs an internationally advanced servo-driven labeling head with a diamond-coated material for the powered labeling roller, complemented by an adaptive pressure roller. This combination offers strong friction and excellent wear resistance, ensuring precise labeling over a long period.
The system utilizes a patented S-shaped buffering feeding mechanism from Santuo. The bottle inlet channel is designed to automatically expand and buffer against pressure, and it resets itself when fewer bottles are detected, ensuring that bottles do not turn sideways and potentially break. This allows for smooth bottle sliding and continuous feeding into the tray.
The structure of the replacement parts adopts tool-free disassembly design, which makes the production change operation simple and fast.
