Applications: L-Lysine is mainly used as food intensifier and pharmacy.
1)Foodstuff industry: L-Lysine is one of the eight essential amino acids that can not be synthesized by human body and lack in daily food supply. Therefore, it is called "The 1st essential amino acid."To add L-lysine into rice, flour, canned food can improve protein utilization rate, thus, to greatly enrich food nutrition, promote growth and maturity, increase appetite, reduce diseases, and invigorate health. In canned food, L-Lysine can function as deodorant and preservation.
2) Pharmaceutical industry: L-Lysine can be used to formulate compound amino acid infusion preparations. Together with various vitamins and glucose, L-Lysine can be prepared to nutrition supplement.
