      1、 Used as salt substitute, nutritional supplement and savory (mainly used in meat, soup and                  poultry, etc.) It can also be used as an  anti-oxidant for the production of magnesium                          ammonium phosphate crystales in canned fish such as shrimps and crabs.
       2、Used as medicine fo the treatment of hepatic coma and severe liver dysfunction, etc.;                            combined with epilepsy drugs, can still treat epileptic seizures and psychomotor seizures;
       3、Also used as a biochemical reagent for biochemical research.
