Description：
It’s extracted from the mature dried seeds of the Ziziphus jujuba by supercritical CO2 extraction.

Characteristics:

Rich in oleic acid, linoleic acid and other unsaturated fatty acids. 
The ratio of monounsaturated fatty acids to polyunsaturated fatty acids is close to 1:1, in line with the recommended ratio in the daily diet of the Chinese Nutrition Society.
 

Recommended application:
