1. The patented technology of direct cooling water chiller for drinking is able to solve the fluorine leakage problem of the water chilling unit into the drink (milk) and eliminate the risk of food safety hazard.

3. KINGFIT patented "dual-pipe isolation beverage chiller" is designed and fabricated by using food-grade stainless steel heat-transfer material without directly contacting refrigerant during the beverage cooling process. Instead it has been isolated by using high-pressure safe medium to ensure the security of the beverage. The automatic leakage alarm will further guarantee food safety.

4. Thanks to the reduction in energy loss during multi-stage cooling process, the operating cost of

the multi-stage high-power pump, and attenuation of cold energy when the cooling device works under low temperature, the direct-cooling isolation device saves over 50% of power compared to traditional cooling method.

5. Easy cleaning. Adopting flooded structural design, the drink enters inside the linear heat exchange tube for cooling. The inner wall of the tube is of mirror surface, which is easy to clean. The tube box adopts quick-open assembly and disassembly without using spanners.

6. Magnetic levitation compressors has been provided with frequency converter inside to ensure a wide range of precise temperature control. With the impact on the frequency conversion soft-start power grid reducing by 90% and a minimum starting current of 2A, the service life of the motor has been extended. Frequency of the device: 0~800 Hz; maximal

rotating speed: 48,000 rpm; part of the energy efficiency may reach as high as 20.166, and the absence of coolant has greatly reduced operating and maintenance cost.
