The syrup bottle inspection and labeling line is mainly suitable for industries such as pharmaceuticals and beverages, providing detection, labeling, and capping functions for various round and square bottles. The main stations of this production line include high/misaligned caps and inkjet code inspection equipment, fully automatic vertical rotary inspection machine, labeling machine, measuring cup capping machine.
Functional Features
High/misaligned caps and inkjet code inspection equipment
The equipment can detect the liquid level (fill level) inside the bottle, the quality of the bottle cap seal, and the characters after coding. It uses servo rejection and utilizes high-quality brand cameras and sensors for detection.
Automatic vertical rotary inspection machine
This equipment utilizes star wheels, multi-station bottom supports in conjunction with multiple sets of cameras that track the bottles, allowing for efficient and precise detection of foreign objects inside the bottles. It can quickly and accurately reject defective products, and various products can be rapidly switched by changing the molds.
Labeling machine
Controlled by a bottle separation mechanism to maintain the spacing between bottles, with correction clamping and servo pressure belts ensuring stability during labeling, this setup guarantees the speed and accuracy of the labeling head. It also features a function for detecting and rejecting bottles with missed labels.
Measuring cup capping machine
The measuring cups on the hopper are delivered in a single row to above the bottles by the feeding mechanism in an orderly fashion. The bottles are then capped and sealed within the clamping device.
A complete production line
The front end of the equipment can interface with filling machines and capping machines, while the back end can connect with boxing machines. Additional buffer storage mechanisms between each station make the entire line more user-friendly.This production line utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) intelligent control technology, offering a high degree of automation, accurate inspection, fast labeling speed, high operational efficiency, precise rejection, and high output.
