HWH Circumferential Seamer （φ300mm)

Weldable workpiece diameter φ50 ~ 300mm, the maximum length of 3000mm. The equipment consists of headstock, bed, pneumatic bracket, pneumatic tailstock, mobile trolley, electric carriage, protective door, mobile operating box, MIG gun system, automatic heating devices and other components. When welding, one end of the workpiece is clamped by the three-jaw chuck on the spindle, the other end is tightly pressed by the top of the pneumatic tailstock, and can be supported by the movable pneumatic support in the middle of the workpiece as needed.

 Suitable for barrel and hydro-cylinder circumferential seam welding;

 According to requirement, choose TIG, MIG/MAG welding process, and choose single torch or double torches;

 Suitable for various materials, such as carbon steel, stainless steel, titanium alloy and aluminum alloy;

 Suitable for pneumatic loading of material and hydraulic pushing of fixture;
