HUALAN's Human Coagulation Factor VIII

This product should be white, milky white loose powder, after redissolution, it should be colorless clear liquid, with a slight opalescence.

[Indications]

This product has a corrective effect on coagulation disorders that caused by the lack of human coagulation factor Ⅷ. It is mainly used in the prevention and treatment of hemorrhagic symptoms caused by hemophilia A and acquired coagulation factor Ⅷ deficiency and the surgical bleeding treatment of this kind of patients.

[Specification]

50IU/ bottle, each bottle contains the human coagulation factor 50IU, and the volume is 10ml after redissolution.

[Usage and dosage]

Usage: This product is intravenous infusion exclusively and it should be used under the strict supervision of clinicians. Before using, the product and its diluent should be pre-heated to 25～37℃. Then, the diluent is injected into the vial according to the labeled amount, gently shaking, so that the product is completely redissolved (be careful not to produce foam). Then intravenous infusion should use a blood transfusion set with a filter device, and the drip rate is usually about 60 drops per minute. Products should be used immediately after the redissolution, and used up within 1 hour, it shall not be placed.

Dosage: Dosage must refer to weight, presence of inhibitors, severity of bleeding and other factors.
