High Pressure Homogenizer

Each high-pressure homogenizer has one or several reciprocating plungers. Under the action of the plunger, the material enters the valve group with adjustable pressure and passes through the flow-limiting gap of a specific width. After working area, the material that loses pressure instantly is ejected at a very high flow rate (1,000-1,500 m/s), and collides with the impact ring of one of the collision valve components, resulting in three effects: cavitation effect, impact effect, shearing effect. After these three effects are processed, the particle size of the material can be uniformly refined to below 100 nm, and the lysis rate is greater than 99%! The design of ATS high pressure homogenizer complies with GMP and has passed EU CE certification. All liquid contacting material of pipelines are made of materials with level higher than 316 L. These homogenizers are mainly used for processing samples such as E. coli and yeast in bioengineering laboratories and pharmaceutical facilities. It is standard equipment for R&D and production in engineering, biopharmaceutical and other industries, and can also be used for emulsification and homogenization process in dairy, food and beverage, fruit juice, pharmaceutical, biological and other industries.
