GMS-B Series Tunnel Sterilizing Oven

GMS-B Series ovens are suitable for drying, sterilizing and pyrogen removal of antibiotic bottles, ampoules, infusion bottles and yellow round oral solution bottles.
This series of tunnel sterilizing ovens have the following basic models; and customized manufacture is also possible in accordance with the requirement of users.
Operating Principles:
With monitoring and control of the intelligent system, the bottles will enter into the pre-heating zone, the high-temperature sterilizing zone(temperature=350?, sterilizing duration=5min) and low-temperature cooling zone together with the transmission of the conveyer belt). The speed of the conveyer belt is not adjustable. The temperature control system is provided with or without paper recording devices. The entire operating process is always set under the protection of 100grade laminar flows.
