FiltraLinX® Manual TFF System

The manual TFF system adopts a modular design and is available in benchtop and floor-standing models. It is equipped with cassette holders of different specifications. According to process requirements, the circulation pump can be flexibly configured with a peristaltic pump, a rotor pump, or a diaphragm pump.

The system is compact in design. The control of TMP and Delta P can be achieved by manually adjusting the flow rate with pressure display, to facilitate the concentration, diafiltration, desalting, and dealcoholizing of biological products such as antibodies, vaccines, blood products, and gene therapy drugs in an efficient and rapid manner.

This product is an ideal choice for filtration systems in the drug development phase, due to its easy operation, convenient cleaning and maintenance procedures, as well as its cost performance, usability, and flexibility.

• The filter holder is available in various specifications, compatible with cassettes with an area of 0.1–20 m2. See the table below for details.

• The holder adapts to the commercial cassettes of the mainstream brands, i.e., Merck, PALL, Sartorius, etc.

• The holder is made of 316L stainless steel, resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, with an inner surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.4 μm.

• The holder adopts a vertical design, featured with self-draining ability and small residual volume.

• The holder can be connected via a standard TC interface, freely adaptable to different systems.

• The holder is self-sealing when multiple cassettes are mounted, with no need for additional spacer gaskets.

• The compact design of the system effectively saves space.

• The system conforms to hygienic design standards, with liquid contact parts made of sanitary-grade materials.

• The inlet and outlet ports are specially designed to effectively prevent the air resistance in the channels.

• Pressure gauges are installed at the inlet section, retentate section, and permeate section, facilitating the optimization of process parameters.
