Reactor design pressure 10MPa, use pressure 6MPa, design temperature 200 ℃, use temperature 90 ℃, the device is designed with two flowmeter inlet: ethylene and carbon monoxide, flowmeter range are 1000sccm, flowmeter inlet design can make the reaction kettle from atmospheric pressure to the reaction pressure, and can be displayed in the instantaneous flow rate and cumulative flow rate. The device is designed with a vacuum pump interface, the system can be vacuumed before the experiment to reduce the water and oxygen content of the system. The device is equipped with a charging tank, the charging tank can be removed in the glove box charging, and then installed on the reactor, the installation of nitrogen gas can be used to purge the pipeline between the charging tank and the reactor.
