Dynamic Axial Compression Column (DAC) is the core of industrial preparation for liquid chromatography separation. When the user needs to fill the prepared column with a diameter of more than 50mm, the traditional preassembled column is difficult to install high column efficiency and symmetry, and the column head is easy to collapse during the use process, resulting in poor column efficiency, which cannot meet the long-term continuous purification production. The DAC piston provides continuous pressure during operation to ensure the density and stability of the packed column bed, thus maintaining the best separation results for a long time. Compared to pre-loaded or spring-loaded columns, Dacs can be easily filled and removed, allowing for repeated filling and easy switching of different fillers. Linear scale-up can be achieved from small trials to industrial mass production.
According to customer requirements, we can design and produce different types of Dacs and supporting systems, different materials and pressure ranges, to suit customers to fill different types of chromatographic fillers, such as C18, C8, C4, NH2, CN and Diol bonding phase fillers in silicone matrix, as well as polymer reverse phase and ion exchange fillers.
