What is double tube sheet heat exchanger?

The double tube plate heat exchanger is a heat exchanger with two tube plates with a certain gap or equivalent to two tube plates with a certain gap at one end of the heat exchanger.

It is mainly used in the working conditions with high sanitary requirements. Its unique design makes it easy to completely empty and keep the heat exchange tube in a clean state and can provide greater heat transfer performance.

Double tubesheet heat exchangers are used for applications wherein mixing of tube-side and shell-side fluid must be avoided.In the event of leaks occurring where the extremities of the tubes are expanded into the tubesheet, the tube-side fluid would leak between the two tubesheets instead of leaking into the shell.

Material: All made of high quality stainless steel 316L

Tube surface roughness: <0.5μm
