Double-cone Vacuum Drying Equipment

Introduction:

SZG double-cone rotating vacuum dryer is a new generation of drying unit that is developed by our company on the basis of combining with technologies of like products. The dryer is provided with two-level elastic connection mode of belt and chain so as to runs smoothly. The tools with special design fully reflect good concentricity of two shafts. The rotary joint with American technology is adopted on the heat medium and vacuum system. Based on this, we develop a product of Model SZG-A with the function of stepless speed regulation and thermostatical control.

As a professional manufacturer of drying equipment, our company offers over one hundred sets of drying equipment. The heating media such as heat conducting oil at high temperature, steam at middle temperature and hot water at low temperature are available to our products. When drying viscous material, the drying unit will be designed with special copying mechanism or set balls.

Principles:

1. After the heating source(such as hot water, steam at low pressure, or heat transfer oil) is introduced to the sealed sandwich, heat is transferred to the material to be dried through inner shell.
2. Driven by motive power, the tank rotates slowly and continuously mixes the material inside for the purpose of enhancing drying capacity.
3. When the material is under vacuum, the steam pressure falls on to make the moisture(solvent) on the surface of material reach saturated and evaporate, and discharged and recycled in time from the vacuum pump. The moisture(solvent) inside the material is continuously penetrated, evaporated and discharged towards the surface, so that the material is dried within a very short time.

Features:

1. When heating oil, the drying machine adopts automatic constant temperature control to dry biochemical products and mineral raw material. Temperature varies within the range of 20-160°C
2. The thermal efficiency is over twice higher than that of ordinary drying ovens.
3. Heat discontinuously to avoid pollution to the material, which meets the standard of GMP. The equipment is easy to operate and maintain and also easy to clean.

Application:

It is applied to concentrating, mixing and drying of powder, granular, fibrous material and material that needs drying at low temperature in such industries as chemistry, pharmacy and food,etc. It is more suitable for drying material that is easy to oxidize, volatize, heat-sensitive material, poisonous material and material in which destroying crystals is not allowed.
