Disposable Mask Usage: Emergency oxygen; Oxygen after surgery; Respiratory therapy; Intensive care. Directions For Use: (Step1 & 2 is for the item with nebulizer chamber) 2 1. Place prescribed medication on nebulizer chamber by unscrewing lid. 2. Reattach lid. 3. Place mask on the patient's face, centering both nose and mouth. 4. Gentlly pull the ends of the strap to adjust and secure fit. 5. Attach nebulizer connection to face mask connection. Caution: Single patient use only, discard after use. Never use when package is leaking or damaged. Do not store at extreme tempreture and humidity; Store in cool and dry place. Ensure that all connections are secure and air circulates freely through
