Please refer to the following diagram for the operating principle of the pneumatic diaphragm pump. There are two diaphragm chambers on each side of the picture, and each diaphragm chamber has a soft diaphragm in the middle to separate and seal the pressure chamber and air drive unit (air chamber) in the diaphragm chamber. When compressed air enters the air chamber of the diaphragm chamber, the diaphragm is pushed out under pressure, forming a compression stroke. The fluid in the compression chamber is compressed and flows out through the upper check valve and manifold, and then flows out from the pump outlet. Due to the diaphragm connecting rod between the two diaphragms, when one diaphragm pushes out and compresses the fluid outward, the other diaphragm contracts inward, performing the opposite suction stroke, filling the opposite space with liquid. After the diaphragm reaches the end of its travel, the air distribution valve inside the pump will automatically switch positions
