CS336X Peptide Synthesizer

The CS336X is a single-channel solid phase peptidesynthesizer that can also be upgraded to utilize three reactors for multiplesyntheses. It can synthesize peptides of varying lengths using preset scalesand chemistries. Like all of our synthesizers, the 336X can use either Fmoc ortBoc chemistries as the machine has been designed to handle 100% TFA. Selectionof scale ranges from 0.05mmol to 0.50mmol and the machine can be shipped toutilize any preset chemistry that the end user requires. Here are some of theother features of the CS336X:

Extremelyflexible software. The synthesizer will be installed with several presetprograms for the user's convenience. Additionally, the user can change existingprograms or write new programs to allow complete control over every step in asynthesis. Solvent delivery, mixing times, multiple coupling/deprotectioncycles and solvent volumes are among the many features that can easily bechanged with the software. Our engineer can easily train chemist(s) to operatethe machine (including software program) during installation.

The usercan purchase pre-filled amino acid cartridges from C S Bio or use their ownamino acids in empty cartridges that are supplied with the machine. This isvery advantageous when using very expensive or unusual amino acids.

The CS336Xis a very versatile peptide synthesizer. It can be purchased with one, two orthree fully functional reaction vessels for simultaneous synthesis of threecompletely different peptide sequences. The system can be purchased with onefunctional reaction vessel and upgraded to utilize two or three reactionvessels at anytime. This can either be done at our facility or in the field.

Thesynthesizer is built with a modular design. Should you have any problem withone of the components, a new component will be shipped to your facilityovernight. This helps eliminate service technician visits and helpsto reduce costly downtime. Should an on-site visit be required, we will repairthe synthesizer at your facility.

We haveinstalled systems in many countries including the USA, Canada, China, India,Germany, Sweden, The Netherlands, Switzerland, Saudi Arabia, and the UK. All ofour synthesizers are installed by a C S Bio engineer (regardless of worldlocation) and you will receive 2 days of on-site training at yourfacility. Part of the training includes making a peptide on thesynthesizer and performing a resin cleavage to assure that you are comfortableand confident with the equipment.
