CNBr-activated Bestarose 4B is a pre-activated agarose gel with cyanogen bromide.Biomolecules with a primary amino group (-NH2) can be covalently coupled to this resin for making specific affinity resin and immobilized enzymes.

The resin has the following characteristics:
