Cilengitide is a cyclic peptide containing the RGD sequence. The peptide is based on the in vivo αv β3 integrin ligand, and is obtained through a comprehensive use of cyclization, spatial screening and methylation scanning, and has high affinity and selectivity for αv β3 integrin.
