It can be applied to comprehensive cleaning and passivation on stainless iron, and can effectively improve the salt spray resistance of stainless iron parts; the original color and size of the stainless iron will not be damaged after the treatment, and the original effect of wiredrawing,sandblasting,shot blasting will not be affected, especially for mirror-bright stainless iron; it is suitable for the passivation treatment on 400 series martensitic stainless iron: 410,420,430,and others. Typically,the product can be operated at 30°C,and if it is heated, the passivation effect and efficiency will increase; tests show that the neutral salt spray test on 430 can exceed 96h after using the product.
